Where is my data stored?

In your private iCloud container, on Apple's CloudKit infrastructure. We don't have a copy. We can't read it. Sync across your iPhone, iPad, and Mac is end-to-end via your Apple ID. Full detail in the privacy policy.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Apple handles all subscription billing — we don't have access to it. Cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal to avoid the charge.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → tap Titrate → Report a Problem. If Apple denies and you think it shouldn't have, email hello@titrate.health and we'll see what we can do.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Settings → Data → Export your data writes a CSV with every shot, weight entry, side effect, and protocol. Take it with you anywhere. Pro users also get a clinician-ready PDF export.

Does Titrate work on iPad? Apple Watch? Mac?

iPhone is primary. The app runs on iPad with the same UI. An Apple Watch complication and home-screen widget are coming in v1.5. Mac (Designed for iPad) works as-is.

Why do I need iOS 17 minimum?

SwiftData (CloudKit-backed local storage) and modern Swift Charts both require iOS 17. The on-device weekly summary uses Apple Intelligence, which requires iOS 26 + iPhone 15 Pro or later — that part is opt-in and gracefully hides on older devices.

What about Android?

Not in v1. We're focused on shipping the best peptide tracker on iOS first. If we hit our launch goals, an Android port is on the v1.5 → v2 roadmap.

Do you give medical advice?

No. Titrate is a tracking tool, not a clinic. We never recommend doses or interpret your data clinically. Every chart, label, and compound page links to peer-reviewed sources or FDA labels — but the decisions are between you and your provider.
